Withdrawal from the contract
This form is used by consumers to exercise the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.
By completing and submitting the form you notify us that you wish to withdraw from a specific order, product or service.
After you submit the form, we will promptly send a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal notice to the e-mail address you provide.
Submitting this form does not mean the refund is approved automatically. We will assess every withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and our terms and conditions.
Please note: for digital content that was made available to you after your express consent to the start of supply and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, that right has expired under Article 7 of our terms and conditions. If a product does not work or is defective, please make a complaint (Article 8) by e-mail to info@makedecision.sk.
